A charming place to stay. It was an ideal stopover breaking up a longer journey. The owner, Maria Jose, is a gem of a lady - most welcoming and nothing too much trouble. We could even help ourselves to water from the fridge in the kitchen. Breakfast was included which was buffet style with plenty of food. The dining area lovely in the old Spanish style. El Toboso is a quaint, quiet village off the beaten track, part of the Don Quixote story.
