We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the village, and the hospitality of the staff (muchas gracias Raquel y Ana). Nice, clean room with a view to the river and the lawn of the next-door house. We walked a lot every day, either to the famous cliffs (aprox 1000 m) or around the hotel. The only inconvenience some might find is that there's nothing around, not even a bar or a restaurant, so you'll have to get the car to go everywhere. However, we went to Santander by bus (bus stop 100 m away from the hotel) to avoid parking complications. Very well located between Comillas and Santillana del Mar. Highly recommended to those who love nature!
