If you can get past the slight 'dated-ness' of this aparthotel, it's really a great place to stay. The apartments are very spacious, comfortable and clean. The balconies are huge. They are cleaned, and towels are replaced every second day. The location is really excellent. It is about a 5 minute walk to Playa de Amadores which is a lovely beach, with a great selection of restaurants. We ate really well during our stay. (Las Caracolas and Aqui restaurants stood out.) There is a Spar shop pretty much on site, which is really handy. Puerto Rico is a 20 minute walk along the pedestrian coastal walkway, (not on Google maps - they say an hour via main roads). You can also get a taxi. The taxi rank is beside the beach and we never waited more that about 2 minutes for a taxi. There was actually usually one waiting, and never a problem on the way back. (Costs approximately €6.) You could also get a taxi to Mogan , (€16 approx.) which is a nice little town that has a great market on a Friday.
