43 reviewsThis stay was a large comfortable room in a small guest house in Ventola. The house is the oldest building in the village and has a beautiful common space with large windows with expansive views. The managers Olga and Marc are wonderful hosts and offered to cook dinner for us for two nights, which was great. The house is also next to one of those very special destination restaurants, Anna, where we had a fantastic lunch one afternoon. Our room was part of a suite that includes a second bedroom (and very nice bath) perfect for children or to share with another couple. The bed was very comfortable and roomy. Olga and Jeff were full of ideas for excursions There were nearby walks and trips to take. We took the cog railway in Queralbs to get right up to the Val de Nuria and mountaintops. The medieval buildings in these Pyranee villages are stacked stone from the 1600s. We searched many possibilities so we believe we got an exceptional location. Marc kept the stove in the common room going and we loved sitting in the pretty room with its exceptional views. We highly recommend this
