This small hotel was located right on the main road in Cantabria. My room was small and a bit spare with a small window. Though stuffy at first, at night when it mattered most, the room cooled off nicely. In case it matters, I did not find staff that spoke English. In back of the hotel there is a nice backyard and garden area where you can sit and read or take a coffee. In the same building, there is a restaurant, where I had a very good breakfast and dinner (not included in my booking fee). There are plenty of hikes and walks nearby, and it's nice to be outside of the hectic bustle that is Potes. At all times, the place was quiet. The price makes it a great value.
