Apartments Pims Cala Llonga

Stayed here in May for a week, we had 2 apartments one in K block and one in L block both up the top. Both were really spacious and clean, fully fitted kitchen so you have the choice to cook in if you wish. The pool is lovely with absolutley stunning views and the pool bar does nice food and good beer. The owners of the bar are such lovely people! Definitely will be returning :) 

This is the 5th time we have stayed at Pueblo Espassagos and we love it here, travelled with my husband and our kids teenager (19) and 2 younger children (3&9) great location in Cala Llonger beautiful views of sea. Lovely pool and ideal for young and older children. We stay in a 2 bed apartment, well maintained and clean. Staff always happy with help with any queries or requests. Can't wait to be back again next year.

Highly recommended. Excellent service and very helpful. Apartment was lovely and great value.  Will definitely use again. Booking process was straightforward and easy.  Instructions given to access apartment prior to arrival.  Pims staff very helpful.  Little shop on site has essentials and town is closer than it looks. Steep hills though so if mobility issues/prams not suitable- it is very steep.  Complex is well presented and beautiful. Fellow guests/owners some of the most friendly people I have met on holiday.  

It's bit late to keep my review but it was the best family time we have had in our holidays.

Very convince to town , beach, bus ....etc. Very helpful staff from our bookings to depart. Would love to go back.

Wow! What a beautiful apartment on the Pueblo Asparagus complex. 2 pool bars/snack bars, restaurant, shop and pub. We visited them all on several occasions. I am so impressed by how friendly and helpful everyone was, and just how easy everything was when we arrived. Pims are brilliant and we can’t wait to return. Such fantastic value too.  The whole complex is on a hill so steep steps, particularly if you are in the higher blocks so not all apartments suitable for those with mobility problems, however I’m confident Pims would assist with this if you booked enough in advance. The apartment was massive in comparison to purpose built holiday flats, it was well stocked and had a fab shower, hairdryer, safe, cleaning equipment etc. We will definitely be returning- absolutely no complaints.  Thank you to Pims staff, and residents and other holiday makers for making our stay so brilliant - you were all so very lovely. 

Staying in an apartment at Pims for a weeks relax. It has everything you need. There are a few bars with places to eat and drink. Two swimming pools with beds and adjoining bars. The apartment is clean and kitted out with all needed. The beds and towels are changed midweek. The office is onsite and they are friendly and happy to assist.  Lots of steps to walk down into Cala Llonga but good exercise. Great price and location for a break away. Would recommend, and would come back.

Best family holiday

We have just arrived home from a 10 day stay at pims, build up was great. We paid installments directly to pims before we arrived but you can pay upon arrival minus a deposit to secure your booking. We was sent an email a day or 2 before stating where our room would be located with a map and the code to get the key(this is really helpful if you have an evening flight). Once we got to the studio room in block H, the room was a little dated but it was clean and for the price paid we couldn’t moan. Air con is 35 euro for 7 days, we tried cheaping it out but only lasted one night after being bit to death but I would recommend you buy the air con. Around 3 days in to our stay we hadn’t had a towel change or bed change, I went to the pims office who seemed a bit hesitant to give me fresh towels and told me I would get a bed change the following day. This didn’t end up happening until day 5. The cleaner never came around again during our visit. Whilst I understand these are self catering studio rooms, I still expected the bed sheets/towels to be changed atleast every 3 days and after how pims were about the first time I asked for towels I didn’t want to go back and ask them again. The location is great their is two pools directly from the room, the top pool and bottom pool, I only used the bottom pool as this had abit more of an atmosphere. My wife was pregnant during this visit and really struggled with the steps, which they are plenty of. I don’t recommend staying here if you are pregnant and if you do be prepared for taxi cost. As we was only in a studio we didn’t want to ask to be possibly moved as we knew all the apartments at the bottom of the hill where the huge ones.

Side note- due to serenis/Cala llonga resort being shut for refurbishment this year, you can certainly see the difference in Cala as it is a lot quieter than usual and we can’t wait to see it back to its normal self next year.

I am still unsure on wether I would stay again at the moment.

10 day stay

We had a three-bedroom apartment which was booked by a friend for a birthday celebration.  It seems to be a lottery when booking in this development as one of our friends booked directly with an owner & it had recently been modernised and was very nice.  Unfortunately, ours wasn't modernised, it was an extremely depressing place.  It wasn't cleaned properly, the beds were really old, no proper bedding and only one pillow which had no cover on it!  No air-conditioning which makes high summer very uncomfortable.  The kitchen and furniture were very tatty with basic appliances.  I wasn't too concerned about all the steps as I am into my fitness but other members of the group really struggled.  A few of the children had ear infections from the pool & are on antibiotics.  We paid over 1000 euros and feel very ripped off.  The ladies in the PIMS office are very nice and did say they could write to the owner.  They need to raise their game as Cala Llonga is a great resort & the views are spectacular as the development is very high.  The two onsite restaurants offer a decent standard of food & there were singers on one evening.
