Pros • Warm, multilingual service. Reception staff were genuinely attentive and switched languages effortlessly to make every guest feel at home. • Striking architecture & lobby décor. The contemporary façade leads into a dramatic, art-filled lobby that immediately sets an upscale tone. • Spacious, well-appointed rooms. Plenty of floor space, comfortable beds, quality linens, and thoughtful amenities made the stay very comfortable. • Excellent lounge offering. If you book a room with lounge access, expect one of the better hotel-lounge spreads in the city: generous cold and hot items, premium drinks, and relaxed seating with skyline views. • Central location. Easy walk to the Guggenheim, the riverside, and good pintxo bars. Cons • Tight, limited parking. On-site garage spaces are few, must be reserved in advance, and the supporting columns make manoeuvring large vehicles tricky. • Potential added cost. If the hotel garage is full, nearby public parking can be pricey during peak periods. ⸻ Would I stay again? Absolutely—especially if I plan to use the lounge or travel without a large car. Just remember to pre-book parking (or consider arriving by taxi/tram) to avoid a last-minute scramble.
