We stayed here for 12 days.
We were not expecting it to be the best by some of the reviews.
We were in apartment 17-2
Cannot praise it enough.
Well equipped with everything you need and nipping clean.
Will definitely stay here again x

Apartment was stunning, and immaculately clean. It is situated greatly. 2 minutes walk from the strip of bars meaning your car enough away you don’t hear the noise all night and close enough it’s not a trek to get there. Your also close to the beach just another couple of mins walk. The private pool area is great it’s not overcrowded and a proper sized pool for someone who wants to swim. It is deep but just what you need when your overheating

Have just been reading all the negative reviews, and was wondering where people booked the apartment, this is a large block with a lot of Spanish residents,
Also there are apartments in the block rented out private and through A B and B these apartments are beautiful and clean some have just had a refurb , I think a lot has to be said about getting what you pay for .
It would be good to hear about the pool and communal areas , lifts , entrance , cleanliness, safety etc .

Had a wonderful time..good location. Clean and tidy..central to beach and entertainment..pool had sun all day..lovely apartment but very hot needs air con ..would recommend to stay here...Vida is always reachable for any problems with the apartment.

On a visit to family in Spain we all went to Benidorm for a Saturday stay over and stayed at one of Franck la pusta's apartments the apartment we stayed in exceeded all our expectations and Franck was as helpful as could be on arrival we made one phone call and he was with us in five minutes to let us in and show us around we had a great stay in Benidorm and will be contacting Franck again on our next visit. francklapusta@gmail.com

Great apartment for my winter hibernation, 98% perfect, the 2% is cannot get any English speaking channels and the shower head has no spray. Will/would book again for winter 2019/20. Great location in Rincon area of Benidorm.

Very good 

Piscis apartment benidorm

Pluses: The accommodation is close to the beach, restaurants and shop.
The view from the outside balcony is amazing
Minuses: 
This is an apartment situated in a quite old building -> which brings funny smells in the hallway and elevator.
The apartment itself was not so clean.
There is a lot of noise from the street till late in the night. Even if the bars are getting closed, the noise persists because the staff through bottles at the trash cans.
The owner was a bit not client oriented.
The images from booking sites do not meet the reality of the appartment.

Modest conditions for Benidorm

Stayed here for one of our first holidays was 18 years ago so thought I would check to see how's it's improved   ,but OMG looks same felt like staying in a prison , absolutely crap would not let my dog stay there now , but young and stupied at the time , bed and board and that's just the bed,,,a board stay away spend a little more to find what you want because it will finish your holiday before it starts and we all work hard to enjoy the good times not to be taken advantage of.

Don't book , better sleeping rough on beach

My father and friend are staying there for 2 months and it is terrible; the bed in the living room is broke, the chairs are broke etc. it is really a discrace that this can be rented.
they told them they would fix it but it is even worse
