Attentive staff. Good fluffy bedding and amenities. We are Hilton Honors Gold members: they upgraded our room to include a balcony overlooking the forest trails which was calming. We had a car that we parked in their secure underground parking garage. We took the bus (stop outside hotel) into old town which was easier than trying to navigate a car. It was 15-20 minutes on the bus which ran frequently.
