Where to begin?! Our experience at Ohla Eixample was one of those rare examples of an organization that made your experience a joy. We were two weary travelers coming off a horrible Delta Airlines screwup. They also lost our bags. When we arrived at the hotel several hours before normal check in, the front desk staff said our room was ready and we could start using it. Score one for the house and front desk staff. The front desk staff also took our flight information and said they would be on the lookout for when the bags might show up. When they did arrive, the staff called us while we were out, providing some real relief. As for the restaurants at the hotel. The included breakfast was varied and tasty. Then there was our dinner on Saturday at Xerta Restaurant. The kitchen and dining staff were outstanding. One of the best dinning experiences I’ve had. The food was creative and delicious. The staff was professional, and honestly friendly. Our departure was efficient and smooth. We will us this hotel again.
