Sol Principe

2nd family visit to Sol Principe so knew what to expect. I'll start with the good bits. 2 years ago we had a standard room, so this year we thought we'd have a suite, staying in 224. All suites have a pool view, which is a bonus... and a lot of sun.in the room is a more than adequate fridge, hair dryer and safe. I will add a gripe at this point..... not everyone props up the bar all day and night and if your chilling in your room... some TV is good.... or rather would be if there were some channels to watch.... I have an LG at home so i know you can either change the language, or at a minimum add subtitles... why are the TV remotes locked out? May be worth addressing. There were a few disabled guests there including 2 in our family party. Quite a few people, us included wondered why to exit the hotel near the barriers, you have to walk all the way past the pools, through the games arcade, past the lifts, into reception, then walk all the way through the carpark. Why can a key access gate be installed like the beach side? Maybe another hotel group suggestion. Food.... As per our last trip. Breakfast was, on the whole excellent., although I dont think the previous nights rice and green beans appels to some pallets. Evening meals were always excellent with a wide choice of different foods and deserts. I will mention the staff, mainly the waiting staff. You have a great team there... all of them professional and hard working. Hopefully the hotel chain will address the couple of things I mentioned.
