My daughter and I stayed here last week for our birthdays. We arrived on my daughters birthday to be greated by very friendly staff with a glass of cava each. The hotel was beautiful and the staff on reception especially Paula who spent a lot of time showing us where all the sites were and highlighting them on a map. She also arranged a trip for us to a lovely flamenco show and meal for my birthday. My daughter was greeted on her birthday with a lovely bottle of sparkling wine which was delivered to our room by the bar staff who were also very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was also very good and the staff i the dining room were very pleasant. The rooms were very clean and tidy. The location of the hotel was perfect and central to everything. We loved Seville and casa romana and will definitely be back again.
