Great place to stay. In the centrum of Alicante. Nice clear apartment. In walking distance to all you need for the stay

Very helpful, when an error in payment occured it was rectified immediately. Great location in the middle of everything and walking distance to all sights. Clean.

Could not have find a more ideally located apartment that offered everything we wanted.  Clean, comfortable beds, easy access, rooftop pool and seating area was a super bonus.  so many great places to eat and drink within a 2 or 3 minute walk, supermarket across the road, a few minutes walk to Metro/tram.  would definitely return, would highly recommend.

We loved our stay at this apartment! Everything about the apartment is exceptional! The location is perfect and close to everything, there's a 24/7 supermarket right across which is so convenient especially during the Christmas period. Even though we checked in late, the host was really good at communicating and they even took care of our luggage after check out, so we can still have a walkaround the city. The noise coming from the street below is to be expected since the location is right in the city centre and on one of the busiest street. However,this did not bother us at all! Very clean apartment and well equipped. Highly recommended!

Second time visiting and everything was catered for right upto arranging a taxi for us to get to the airport. The accommodation is in a Central position perfect for a city break, and to top it off a rooftop pool. Rooms are well equipped and a very modern feel to them.

With in walking distance to pretty much everything

Everything was just perfect during my stay.

Great location within a walkable distance to the beach in a very colorful pedestrian boulevard. The apartment is comfortable and has a good kitchen. A major supermarket is approx 5 min walking. It has a pool at the roof top.Very friendly staff.

I stayed in apartment 3E and it had everything you needed for your stay.  It even had laundry facilities to use on the ground floor. The pool on the roof was a great bonus although some people do not abide by the rules.  The apartment is in a great location for getting around the city and the beach.  I would definitely stay here again the only thing I found was there was not much space to hang your clothes but I was only staying for 4 nights.  Overall this place was a great find a very modern and clean apartment.

Lovely room very clean modern apartment and a great stay, though check in was disappointing. Did contact the Apt prior to going, reception open from 10 but there is no reception, door to apartment entrance locked and required a pin to get in, eventually someone did turn up after a time trying to get in, just about to phone and someone arrived. Only glitch of the holiday and the rest was very enjoyable

Lovely stay but checkin issues

They were so nice and friendly. Even when our check in was programmed at 2 o’clock pm. And we were tired from a long flight. They offered us other services while they accommodated our room quick for us to rest. We got in our beautiful room no later than 11:00am. I really appreciated that because my children were really tired 😴. Everything was perfect. It was near by of everything.

The apartment was in a great, central location. Close to restaurants,  bars and easily walkable to the beach. Very clean and neat  with plenty of kitchen equipment if you want to cook. Roof terrace is lovely, gets busy but we managed to get a lounger most days. Pool is small but perfect for cooling off. Air conditioned so nice and cool. Password entry to both front door and apartment so no worries about losing keys.Only downside was the front doorbell/intercom was pressed repeatedly late on saturday night/early sunday morning, assuming drunk passer bys.

Great location, clean and neat.

We stayed with our two teenage daughters. The property was extremely clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The aircon was very effective so we all slept really well, even though it was very hot outside! The communication with Rocio was very detailed and she was extremely helpful. The location was great, right in the thick of it, but high enough to be disturbed by the street noise outside. Thanks for a great stay!!

I really don't have the words. have stayed in many places in Alicante but this is definitely my top 1. The location is great. You can be on the beach, eateries, supermarket, boulevard in no time. The apartments are great. I had an apartment with 2 bedrooms, so it was very spacious. A rear and front balcony. You could use the washing machine and dryer. And not to forget Rocio, you are truly an example to others of how to deal with guests. Thanks for everything!
