A damage deposit of ZAR 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please contact the resort directly in advance to make arrangements for late arrivals or arrivals on a Sunday/Public holidays. Please note that is a requirement that all Guests provide proof of identification in order to receive room keys. Guests may use their valid ID, driving license or passport as proof of identification. Failure to do so may result in occupation of your booking not being permitted. This resort may apply special conditions and charges to booking/s made within the dates considered to be student Rage week. Please contact your reservation consultant for more information. Please note full payment is processed when the booking is made. This resort imposes a group limit and booking conditions, and has special check-in procedures, and require additional deposits and indemnities. If you are part of a group or multi-party booking greater than 13 guests, please be sure to check directly with the resort as soon as possible after receiving confirmation of this booking. To ensure well managed access to backup power during loadshedding, please note that our Resorts operate generators in defined timeslots. Please consult your Resort's Reception for more information in relation to resort-specific timeslots. Dear guest, please note that the dam will be undergoing maintenance from 16/01/2024 to 09/02/2024. As a result the paddle boat facility will not be available during your stay.
