Absolutely beautiful property with amazing views of mountains and ocean. Service was top-notch and staff were very friendly. I would stay here again and again if I am in this area. Shut down

Excellent Hotel placed up in the hills of Hout Bay with great view, clean and stylish rooms and nice staff! Breakfast was superb, starting with some fresh fruits and ending with a special made scrambled eggs dish, all eaten with a view. Even on a foggy morning, it was breathing taking!

Nice view of Hout Bay from several areas of this modern guest house. Host is good cook and very helpful in recommending places to visit and routes to travel. Our room was quite small but well supplied. A good place for a short stay.

The guest house was really nice, we loved the balconies, common room and the kitchen. Fantastic views and stylish. We were spoiled by the home made breakfasts and they were so gracious in helping set us up with incredible places to stop on our drives down to the cape. Fantastic value and really enjoyable spot. Easy enough to walk to the beach and down town. We visited towards winter and so there weren't too many ubers at night time, but otherwise transportation was easy.

This place was luxuriant. The Guys there are super friendly and they made our stay a pleasant one. We are surely coming back, thank you Thomas and Monti !

The guest house is beautiful and the view while you sit and have breakfast is breath talking!!! Loved it!

Stumbled on this gem of a guest house whilst visiting Capetown.
Bryan and Drew were the most welcoming of hosts, always greeting us at breakfast with a cheery smile.
The rooms are clean and well furnished, the gardens are immaculate and above all the views are amazing.
The location is ideal for sightseeing with Camps Bay and Chapmans Peak within minutes driving distance of the accommodation.
I cannot speak highly enough of this accommodation and 
I shall be returning.

This guesthouse is superb, clean, well appointed and well positioned.  Breakfast is served freshly every day, with a continental choice or a hot breakfast(eggs/bacon etc) cooked freshly for you.  Beds and bedding are excellent and very comfortable. The house is well situated in Hout Bay as a 2min drive to the beach, mariners wharf and Hout Bay central , a perfect jumping off point to see the sights around the cape and chapmans peak drive.
Brian & Andrew are perfect hosts, nothing is too much for them and they offer great advice on where to go and the sights to see during your stay.
I would also add there is ample parking at the house and the neighbourhood feels very safe and free from crime.
This place deserves a lot more than a three star rating and it's very affordable- I would thoroughly recommend !

Lovely guest house with the highlight being the varanda where we enjoyed beautiful prepared breakfasts while enjoying the view of the Hout Bay harbour.The only negative was not being offered assistance by the staff on duty to assist with the bags. Steep stairs to the room, so assistance would have been welcome.Apart from that, enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

Great relaxed atmosphere

Having spent the past week at this lovely guest house I can only recommend it 100%. Everything from the spotless rooms to the more than adequate breakfast choice was spot on.   Andrew and Brian are just the perfect hosts and were very informative with the many touristy questions we presented them with daily.  Our family group of 8 enjoyed our stay in their beautifully presented home immensely. Hope to visit again 😊thank you so very much 

Just superb 

I am a solo traveller and needed a home from home that afforded me comfort, security, views, great location and affordability. Andrew and Brian are great hosts. Funny, friendly and their home next door is beautiful. Stanley was on hand to serve a fabulous breakfast ad the best coffee. There is a great swimming pool, off road parking, its secure, offers great views over Hout Bay and chap and peak. Simply the best week away in accommodation ive known. Everything is well thought out and tastefully decorated.
