Must stay host was very good at everything from check in to breakfast and friendly units had everything to make it a wonderful stay and set in a top estate with great views and had enough blankets and electric blanket  keep up the fantastic work will be back

Great stay! Sunset was awesome. Breakfast was cute and well laid out. Rooms were very well furnished. Would recommend this guest house.

2nd time I have stayed at 43 on Sandstone and once again they did not disappoint. Great place to stay, awesome views of False Bay. Owners and staff are friendly and they serve a great breakfast. I will definitely be back.

Thank you for providing a safe, private and super friendly environment. From the moment we arrived through the gates, we felt secure, which meant we could rest. We were greeted by the big friendly giant, aka Sam. The place was clean and refreshing. The view, morning or night, is out of this world. The breakfast and being offered to dine with other guests were welcomed, this is what made 43 on Sandstone home. 

We very much enjoyed our stay! The hosts were very friendly and also showed flexibility by organising breakfast for us at an earlier time than usual

the hosts, as well as Loo, who received us, were great.  the breakfast was also very good. great value for money.

VERY NICE LANDLORDS; spacious rooms, breakfast was plentiful and very good, the Wi-Fi was also wonderful.

Was there for my birthday and everything about the place was perfect the rooms being warm and having the best view definitely coming again

Thumbs up to Joanne and Murray for their offering of their facilities with an extended effort to make us comfortable. Their hospitality is on a super high level and although I my travel was for business it kind of felt like I was on a mini getaway. The service is excellent. I recommend this great location for both business and getaway purposes. 

Excellent value for money stay. We enjoyed the views and felt very close to nature. Joanne was an excellent hostess

A great guest “ holiday home “

This little gem, up on the slopes of the mountains with the most wonderful views, has superb offerings. From the exceptionally well appointed rooms, welcoming lounge and pool areas and ready access to all the Cape has to offer, it is a brilliant choice for the more discerning traveller. We shall return. 

Our first and not-to-be last visit.

We spent one night in the guest house in Somerset West and everything was perfect. The location near  to the sea and the city center, the African-style building, the very clean room and the comfortable bed. In addition, there was a very tasty breakfast with a breathtaking view. We also particularly appreciated the personal and very hospitable welcome and service. We would love to come back.

Great view, great hosts, nice rooms, we hope to return soon.
The guesthouse is located in a secured area high above the sea which gives a beautiful view above Somerset West into False bay and the surrounding mountains.
Murray can provide a lot of information and hints regarding wine farms andrestaurants. And there are so good restaurants  around ...

Fantastic

The super-elegant address (in my view) did not disappoint. We found a beautiful, inviting home. We were warmly welcomed by Murray, Joanne and Sam and were lead to our room with a view and direct access to a terrace with swimming pool. Such luxury! Our gracious hosts created a feeling of being on visit to family. Joanne would take time to sit down with us and we could share some thoughts and ideas. The service was exemplary and I especially cherished the offered opportunity to have my breakfast (amongst a variety of other dishes) in the way I create it for myself at home! This will be my home whenever I have to be in die Western Cape for a few days.
