The apartment is in the center of St.Petersburg on Nevsky Prospect just 10 min walking from Gostiny Dvor. The only inconvenience for some people may be that the apartment is on the fifth floor but the building lacks elevators. The apartment itself was small, studio type but was well equipped. I noticed some problems though. The double bed were in fact two beds put near each other but not attached to each other and if one beds moved during the night you could well fall through the gap between them. :) The second problem was deficit of wall plugs, so I have difficulty finding convenient one for my laptop. Wi-fi was also weak. Otherwise my stay was good.

Upon arrival, a deposit for the safety of property is collected, it is returned upon departure after checking the apartment.

The resort fee is charged on site for all adult guests and can be paid by card or in cash.
