Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk is open 24/7. Check-in is contactless. Guests can access the apartment at any time using a personal access code or a mobile app.
Administrators are available 24/7.
Breakfast can be ordered through the reservations department by phone no later than 07:00 PM on the day before arrival. The administrator’s contact number is provided in the booking confirmation.
When booking an extra bed, breakfast and dinner are not included and must be paid for on-site. Breakfast costs RUB 600.00.
Guaranteed early check-in is available at a cost of 100% of the previous night’s stay. Non-guaranteed early check-in is available from 08:00 AM free of charge, subject to room availability.
Late check-out until 05:00 PM is charged at 50% of the room rate. Late check-out after 05:00 PM is charged at 100% of the room rate.
A deposit of RUB 5,000 is required when checking in with pets. The deposit is refundable provided no damage occurs in the apartment. The fee for staying with a pet up to 5 kg is RUB 500.00 per night, and for a pet up to 10 kg is RUB 1000.00 per night.
Business travelers are provided with invoice documents.
Check-in is allowed until midnight. After this time, check-in is possible only with prepayment equal to the cost of the first night.
For bookings of three or more apartments, prepayment of one night is required, and free cancellation conditions may vary.
For bookings of seven nights or more, prepayment of one night’s stay is required.
The accommodation facility, in accordance with its internal rules, may charge a fee for additional services not listed on the website. |
