In case of violation of the rules for using the swimming pool and the rules for using the common area of ​​the residential complex, guests bear full financial responsibility for compensation for damage (cleaning the pool, restoring property, etc.).

Due to the fact that the apartment is equipped with a second level (mezzanine), for health safety and to avoid injuries, it is recommended that children under 5 years of age and persons with musculoskeletal diseases do not go up to the second floor. The landlord is not responsible for injuries sustained during the use of the specified premises.

In case of remote acceptance of the apartment by the landlord upon eviction, guests must film the entire apartment on video to ensure the integrity of the repairs and the property in it.

The following is prohibited in the apartment:

— holding noisy events and parties;

— smoking in the apartment and entrance;

— living with pets;

— rearranging furniture.
