Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk is open 24/7. When placing children aged 6 to 18 years in an extra bed, breakfast is not included in the price of an extra bed and is paid separately.
Children from 6 years old are considered adults in this hotel.

Guests of the Plaza Garden Moscow WTC Hotel have the opportunity to visit the WTC FITNESS partner sports Center.
The club includes: a swimming pool with an innovative water filtration system, Turkish and Finnish saunas, a modern gym, a cardio zone, group programs for any level of training.
Access to the Club Building is free of charge.
Guests of the Business Building over the age of 16 can purchase access at a special price — 2100.00 RUB. Children from 5 years old to 16 years old can only use the pool in the format of a personal training session with a coach by appointment (registration is made by phone at the club or at the reception of the club). The child's parents (or accompanying person) must have the child's birth certificate (or a copy thereof) with them in order to fill out the questionnaire for a club visitor with children. The cost of 1 workout lasting 45 minutes in the pool starts from 2500.00 RUB (for 1 child).

Opening hours: from 07:00 AM to 11:00 PM, on weekends and holidays — from 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM.
Entry stops 30 minutes before closing time.
Children of the Club Building's guests from the age of 16 can use the pool and gym on their own.
If guests need a visa to enter the country, the hotel will in most cases provide them with the necessary documents to receive it. For more information, guests can contact the hotel, contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. For these services, an additional fee may apply, even if the reservation is subsequently canceled. All arrangements are made exclusively between the guest and the hotel.

It’s in Moscow city next to the river ! The towers are not far from it ! Has a great view ! The staff is good and friendly!
What was bad
They should put a microwave service for guests maybe on the second floor where they have a gym they can also put a room with microwave water dispenser and a tv . Or water dispensers on each floor, two bottles (500ml) a day are not enough !
