Fantastic
1692 reviewsThis review is long overdue. We had a fantastic stay at Ararat Park Hyatt Moscow, where the customer service was excellent. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were always friendly and attentive. Our room, as well as the entire hotel, was consistently clean. The concierge was very knowledgeable and helped with all our requests and reservations. Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, with the option of champagne each morning, and the restaurant on the higher level offered excellent meals as well. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable experience. Thank you, Ararat Park Hyatt Moscow.
