Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk is open 24/7. The hostel door closes and the bell turns off at 12:00 AM.
The kitchen is open until 12:00 PM.
Russian citizens: Adults aged 14 and above must present a valid domestic passport upon check-in; Russian passports and driving licenses are not accepted. All Russian children under 14 must present a birth certificate upon check-in. The front desk is very welcoming, the room is clean and the enthusiastic staff will help you prepare everything, and the living room is also bright. There is a lockable cabinet on the bed, and there is a separate wardrobe in the room for you. It is the best youth hostel I have ever stayed in. I will definitely book it next time if I have the chance

Just a few meters from Metro station, Red Square and the city center attractions.
Well equipped kitchen, storage luggage, laundry and very accommodating staff.
What was bad
Its hard to get lower bed as there are local guests who are staying here for months and years and they have occipied such beds.

Location is perfect. Walkable to Metro, Supermarket, restaurants. 20 mins walk to Red Square and Railway Station to St. Petersburg/Kazan.
Has AC for Summer
Proper kitchen and enough space in the fridges and dining room.

We stayed on 2nd floor but the men’s toilets and bathrooms are on 1st floor, so we need to walk 1 lv. No prob just FYI
BUT there are only 2/3 toilets, we lucky enough not to have any eme
