The room was not prepare when we reached at 3pm they ask to wait 1hour, metro was sooo far, elevator was wasting time not working as it should work,
They charged deposit 5000 rubles, since they found we are foreigner they didn’t payback kind of cheating….

Thank you for your feedback and for staying in our apartments on multiple occasions. We value our regular guests and always strive to maintain a high standard of service.
The metro is indeed within walking distance, and accurate information about the distance is provided in our listing. Of the five elevators in the building, at least three are always in operation. During your previous stays, we did not receive such remarks; on the contrary, you left positive reviews.
Regarding the deposit, it was withheld solely due to a serious violation of our house rules: after your departure, significant damage to the kitchen cabinet facades, hard-to-remove stains on the floor and other surfaces, as well as improper use of furniture and appliances were found. These violations have been documented in photographs, which we cannot make publicly available for ethical reasons. If necessary, we can provide them directly through the service administration.
