Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk is open 24/7. Breakfast can be ordered through the reception by phone no later than 07:00 PM on the previous day. The phone number for contacting the administrator is provided in the booking confirmation.
Guaranteed early check-in is possible at the hotel, the cost is 100% of the payment for the previous day. The non-guaranteed early check-in service is provided free of charge from 08:00 AM, subject to availability of rooms.
Late check-out before 05:00 PM is charged at the rate of 50% of the cost of a night's stay. Late check-out after 05:00 PM is charged at the rate of 100% of the cost of a night's stay.
A deposit is charged upon arrival with pets, which is refundable if nothing is damaged in the room. Up to 5 kg — RUB 500 per day; up to 10 kg — RUB 1000 per day.
