Events and parties are prohibited in all hotel rooms. Guests are asked to maintain silence in their rooms after 10:00 PM, in accordance with the Law of the Voronezh Region No. 124-OZ dated 10/27/14. After 10:00 PM and until 7:00 AM, turn down the volume of the TV or music, avoid loud conversations and noisy movement around the room.

Open fire, including candles, firecrackers, fireworks and sparklers, is prohibited on the hotel grounds, including terraces and balconies, in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 09/16/2020 N 1479.

The maximum occupancy of rooms according to fire safety standards is: 2 people — Superior Corner, Premium apartment with 1 bedroom; 3 people — Deluxe, Executive Deluxe, Junior Suite; 4 people — studio apartment, studio apartment with terrace, Premium Suite, Premium 2-bedroom apartment; 5 people — 2-bedroom apartment, 2-bedroom apartment with terrace; 6 people — Grand 3-bedroom apartment.

An additional bed is provided in the form of a fold-out sofa (sofa size 150 cm by 160 cm). An additional bed is provided for an additional fee of RUB 1500.00 per day.

Registered guests may stay in the rooms until 10:00 PM. After 10:00 PM and until 07:00 AM, only registered guests specified in the booking may stay in the room.

If additional cleaning work is required in the room, the cost is paid by the guest. The initial cost of additional cleaning is RUB 3000.00. Guests are asked to avoid using confetti, glitter, flower petals, firecrackers, and to handle dishes and drinks with care.

Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, heaters, vaporizers and hookahs on the hotel premises is prohibited in accordance with Federal Law No. 15-FZ of 23.02.2013. A fee of RUB 13000.00 is charged for smoking, which covers the cost of restorative cleaning.

Providing a deposit is a mandatory condition of stay, the amount of the deposit depends on the room category: RUB 5000.00 — Deluxe, Executive Deluxe; RUB 10000.00 — Superior Corner, Studio Apartment, Deluxe with Terrace, Junior Suite, Suite, 2-Bedroom Apartment, Studio Apartment with Terrace; RUB 20000.00 — 2-Bedroom Apartment with Terrace, Premium Apartment.

The hotel may use the guest's deposit to pay for the costs of restoring the pre-sale condition of the room or to provide compensation to disturbed guests.

Violation of the above points will result in unilateral termination of the hotel services agreement without a refund.
