Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk opening hours 08:00 - 22:00. Early check-in and late check-out are discussed individually. If guests check out before the booked dates, the payment will not be recalculated.
The deposit is returned on the day of check-out from 02:00 PM to 08:00 PM. When checking out, to return the deposit, guests are asked to: hang the keys on the hanger, throw away the trash, wash their dishes, not bring strangers, not make noise, comply with the rules of residence and fire safety.
Accommodation with animals, parties in the apartment, smoking in the apartment is prohibited. The fine for violating the rules of residence is RUB 5000.00.
Contactless check-in, payment for accommodation and deposit is made by bank transfer or QR code. Guests must send the first page of the passport to the administrator.
For legal entities, payment to the organization's account is possible.
