Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk is open 24/7. Pets allowed:
Animals that are allowed to live with include only small dogs of non-fighting breeds. The hotel reserves the right to refuse to accommodate a guest with an animal.
Pets are allowed if the guest purchases the entire room.
The guest is required to have a special carrier (cage) for the animal and a special mat for its sleeping. It is prohibited to leave the animal unattended and outside of a special carrier (cage).
To feed the animal, the guest is required to bring special dishes with him.
To satisfy the natural needs of the animal, which do not require walking, the guest is required to bring with him a special tray or other special bedding.
Throughout the hotel (corridors, halls, etc.) and while walking, dogs must be muzzled, collared and on a leash, accompanied by the guest.
It is prohibited for dogs to be in the area where food services are provided (restaurant, buffet, etc.).
