Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk is open 24/7. The hotel does not assume the risks of traveling guests. Guests must take care of insurance in a timely manner. Travel insurance covers risks associated with travel, including medical expenses, lost luggage, trip cancellation, flight delays and other unforeseen situations.
The SPA complex on the 8th floor of the hotel will be closed for preventive maintenance from 01/20/2025 to 02/07/2025.
When checking into the hotel, a foreign citizen must present a passport and migration card (for visa foreigners, the passport also contains a visa).
Unfortunately, the hotel does not have its own parking, but guests can leave their car along the street for free or on the territory of the Perekrestok store for a fee.
SPA is included in the price of the following room categories: Suite, Deluxe and Junior Suite for 2 hours daily. In other categories, SPA is paid separately, with the exception of some rates.
Accommodation of children from 0 to 5 years inclusive when the main beds are occupied is free of charge without providing a separate bed. A baby cot is provided upon request of the guest free of charge.
Accommodation with pets is possible only with dogs weighing up to 5 kg and with a passport for the animal. Surcharge — RUB 1000.00 per day and a deposit of RUB 5000.00. The animal cannot be left in the room unattended.
Transfer is provided for an additional fee.
