Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.

Front desk is open 24/7.

Full double beds in the hotel only in the Junior Suite and Suite categories. In other cases, these are two separate beds, connected together under one mattress.

Upon check-in, all Russian citizens must present an internal passport, and children under the age of 14 will need a birth certificate. Foreign guests should provide a passport with a visa and an immigration card.

Children under 3 years are accommodated in existing beds.

Cots are available for an extra charge of RUB 300.00

Children aged 3 to 9 years stay in an extra bed for a fee of RUB 1500.00 (breakfast included) or RUB 2800.00 (all inclusive). Children over the age of 10 can stay in an extra bed for a fee of RUB 2000.00 (breakfast included) or RUB 4000.00 (all inclusive).

Standard rooms cannot accommodate an extra bed.

Breakfast is included in the price of any reservation.

The all-inclusive rate includes breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, alcoholic beverages (beer and wine during lunch and dinner), the right to visit the swimming pool from 07:00 to 22:00, as well as rental of some sports equipment .

Pets are allowed only with dogs of decorative breeds weighing up to 6 kg and a height of up to 35 cm, for an additional fee of RUB 1500.00 per day. Possibility of accommodation is provided only in standard rooms, superior rooms and deluxe rooms on the ground floor.

Pets are allowed in the hotel: dogs of decorative breeds weighing up to 6 kg or up to 30 cm at the withers. The cost and detailed conditions of accommodation with pets must be specified in advance at the hotel.

Pets are not allowed in the Lesnoy building.
