Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk is open 24/7. From 06.12.2024 car travelling in the Polana 1389 Hotel and Spa is possible only with winter tyres. It is forbidden to drive through the checkpoint to the Polyana 1389 Hotel and Spa.
The ascent to the Polyana 1389 Hotel and SPA by cable car A/A1 is included in the price.
The resort fee is charged for adults and children over 5 years old.
It is possible to provide one extra bed in the room (for an adult or a child from 5 to 11 years old inclusive). The cost is calculated individually upon request at the hotel.
Guests should check with the hotel for the cost of parking, transfer and extra bed.
The pool is open from 8:00 to 23:00, technical break from 18:30 to 19:00.
All breakfast rates are included in the buffet system.
Parking for guests at the resort is paid. Parking is provided in the covered parking lot at the Polyana 1389 Hotel and SPA.

From 12.25.24 to 03.31.25, travel for non-resident guests to the Psekhako plateau, through checkpoint No. 5, to the Polyana 1389 Hotel and Spa Resort is not provided.
Until 12.25.24 and from 04.01.25, travel for non-residents is carried out according to the current price list, currently RUB 8000.00 per car.
Guests can go up on the cable car. Tickets are purchased on the website, at the terminal or at the ticket office.
Guests can use the cable car to enter the Polyana 1389 Hotel and Spa Resort for free using confirmation or by last name/passport.
A taxi for checking in guests can also take them to the Polyana 1389 Hotel and Spa Resort reception desk. The taxi driver and guests must contact the receptionist to arrange their departure.
All rooms of the Standard, Studio and Junior Suite categories have two single beds with mattress constructors, which, if necessary, can be combined into a Queen size (double bed). Each room has an exit to a terrace or balcony. |
