As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure.

Please note that we are a hostel that helps local animal shelters, so you will find Taco at our hostel. Taco is a dog that has been tied up all his life and has been rescued, he is in the process of adapting and also does not see well at all. Sometimes he gets scared and barks a little at the guests, but he won't do anything to them. They just have to have a little patience. Please note that alcohol consumption is prohibited at the property.
