We were made to feel very welcome at Hotel Al Polo. The room had everything we needed for a family holiday. The hotel is in a fantastic central location with convenient car parking. The garden was a nice surprise and a good place to relax in the shade or sun. Cycle rental is available right outside the front door. When we were there in the summer, it was possible to rent bikes for free, which was very handy for a scenic and flat cycle ride to Predazzo for mini golf and ice cream (just an example!) Lots of day trips also possible for hiking etc. On wet or hot days, we enjoyed the use of the hotel pool which is a good size. We ate at the restaurant a lot for breakfast and dinner - the food was varied and of high quality. The serving staff were always very friendly and helpful. Overall, we found the hotel to be a fine base for a family holiday in the Dolomites in the summer.
