Lüch Da Pcëi

My brother and I stayed at Lüch da Pcëi for four nights over the Maratona dles Dolomites cycling event as part of a package tour. The hotel is perched above San Cassiano with views out of this world! As the hotel is situated away from the town as well as any through roads it's really peaceful and one can sleep well at night. The staff were super friendly and nothing was too much for them to make our stay memorable. I had a bit of flu so got to breakfast late one morning and instead of being told breakfast was over they brought just about everything back out from the kitchen and pretty much doted over me, just like my mother would've done! The rooms and bathrooms were spotless with stunning views from the balcony. For afternoon tee there was always tempting little cake treats on offer in the reception area :-) The package tour only offered a single room for my brother and I to share but after the first night it was clearly not working so, we asked if there was perhaps a possibility of getting us separate rooms. Initially, we were told (not surprising!) that the hotel was chock-a-block, however, after some deliberation among the reception staff they said they could swap us out and gave us a family suite with two separate rooms plus a kitchen! Wow, that's what I call service! We had a brilliant 4 days in the awe inspiring dolomites and staying at Lüch da Pcëi made it just that extra bit special!!
