Il Canto del Nera B&B

I highly recommend this B&B. My wife and I stayed there for 3 nights during a recent visit to the charming village of Visso set in the beautiful Sibilini mountains and had a wonderful experience. Gabriella, the owner, is a truly nice person and will do her utmost to help you enjoy your stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well supplied. The breakfasts, which included homemade cakes/pastries, were generous and nice. The location is fantastic, only yards from the historic center of the friendly, tiny, beautiful mountain village of Visso. This is a key attribute for the property. Visso is a working village, not a typical Tuscan tourist trap. The shops are tiny and cater primarily to the local population. The people were friendly and welcoming. It serves as a great base to explore the magnificent Sibillini National Park. If you are looking for high end luxury accommodations with hot tubs/pools and sweeping mountain vistas from your room this is not the place. If, however, you would like to experience the wonder of living in a small warm italian village that is ideally located to go explore all those wonderful vistas then I think you'll like Il Canto del Nera.
