We stayed at Laura and Giorgio's apartment on a recent family trip to Italy. I cannot speak highly enough of the location, hospitality and care we had while we were there. From the little snacks that they had waiting for us on our arrival (we were driving from Venice) to helping us get our bearings and recommending places and things for us to do, see and eat. The apartment is immaculately clean, and all of Italy was in the middle of a heatwave, so the air condition was welcome at night for comfortable sleeping. Laura was very kind and helped me out with a toll payment as when we came into Verona, the toll booth would not take my €5 note. Instead it gave me a ticket to pay within 7 days, and I had to get to a manned toll booth to do so. Laura kindly took the trouble of taking my ticket, driving to a toll booth and paying it herself so I could focus on exploring Verona with my family. Thank you Laura for your consideration and great customer service. The apartment is very centrally located for getting into Verona city centre and enjoying the sights, yet it is secluded enough to feel away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas. We walked to most of our destinations which is a good sign that this was a great location. Great location, great apartment, exceptional hosts.
