This place is UNBELIEVABLE! Prefect in every way. It so exceeded our expectations. I must premise that I was hesitant at first because check in is all automated. Truth is they stay ahead at every step of the trip making the experience effortlessly perfect. Highlights: 1. Pay attention at the check in instructions and in case of questions reach out to Hotel Ai Reali (which owns these apartments). Make sure to download the Open Now app. 2. Top notch service: Nicola and Alessandra (from Hotel Ai Reali) which we contacted to inquire about an early check in and to notify check out embody what 5 star customer service is all about. They both surprise us: prompt, clear and concise communicators, effective and disarmingly kind. They added an extra touch of delight to our trip. 3. Location location location: this apartment is located in between Redentore and Palanca vaporetto stop. Line 2 is so frequent that you’ll not need to wait to get anywhere Venice. And bonus! It’s connected to Tronchetto where we parked. Bottom line: this place is perfect. We will be back!

In accordance with the Institutional Regulations and the rules governing the fee for access, with or without a shuttle service, in Venice and the small islands of the Venetian Lagoon, an additional fee is charged to day-trippers who do not stay overnight and plan to visit the historic city centre from Friday to Sunday or on public holidays, from 08:30 AM to 04:00 PM.
