In accordance with the Institutional Regulations and the rules governing the fee for access, with or without a shuttle service, in Venice and the small islands of the Venetian Lagoon, an additional fee is charged to day-trippers who do not stay overnight and plan to visit the historic city centre from Friday to Sunday or on public holidays, from 08:30 AM to 04:00 PM. The fee will be from EUR 5.00 to 10.00 per day, depending on the date of booking. After payment, tourists must have a confirmation. Exempt from this fee are children under 14; residents of Venice and the Veneto region; people working or studying in Venice. Guests staying overnight are also exempt from this fee and must pay the city tax at the accommodation facilities.

A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel.

Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Italy hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information.

Guests are kindly requested to inform the property of their estimated time of arrival to arrange check-in. This can be noted in the Comments Box during booking or by contacting the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.

From S. Lucia Train Station or Piazzale Roma bus terminal, you have to take the waterbus n. 1 and get off at San Zaccaria stop. Turn right and walk along the Riva degli Schiavoni street. Go past the 1st bridge and turn left, where you will find the S. Zaccaria church. Once you reach the Ponte dei Greci bridge, go past the Trattoria Da Remigio restaurant. At the fountain, turn right in Calle Coppo street. Take the 1st street on your left, and go along the Ramo De La Fraterna street. The hostel's entrance is the 1st door on your right, at Castello 3368. Ring the doorbell to enter the building.
