I had a great experience staying in Varazze at Hotel Francesca. Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 4 nights in a double room on the first floor. Upon arrival in the evening we were shown around the hotel, which is all brand new and decorated in a modern-sense style. We were given keys to a side door of the hotel through which we could enter the building at any time, which was great for us since we did have some late nights during our stay. The hotel was very easy to reach and very close to the city centre, so we could basically walk everywhere. The room was of a good size, the bed was very comfortable, and the waterfall shower made me never want to get out of the bathroom. Breakfast was included and was delicous: fresh croissants, focaccia and pastries every morning (the Italians do it well). Francesca even saved some breakfast for us one morning when we accidentally slept in and came down quite late, which shows they really do care about the service they provide to their guests. Overall I had a great time staying here. The only minor point I'd have was that there was no WiFi, however they said they were working on the setup so I'm thinking they should have it soon. Additionally, the pricing was very fair for a touristic town like Varazze. Recommended for all people visiting Varazze!
