What can I say about this facility, well the title says it all! The only drawback is the state of the road it sits in but if you can manage that you'll find yourself at home! And not just any home, a really amazing one with fine decours and arrangements, garden and numerous sites of remarkable historic values like the medieval papal town of Urbino and Gradara castle just to mention the view. The room where I stayed was spatious and excellent decour and bed. Tidy and spotless. The bathroom the same. The host were remarkable and very friendly and ready to help and assist you. Free wifi but stronger in the common areas. The kitchen is a full fledged shared kitchen, not a kitchenette. And the breakfast. Simply amazing and very tasty. Not the typical Italian breakfast composed of a croissant and coffee. This is really pleantiful with homemade specialitiea cooked by the host. It really should be your home too if you're visiting the wonderful region of Pesaro and Urbino.
