The Francesco room is at the back of the property, so probably quieter than front rooms with balconies overlooking a small square. The bedroom is very spacious with good A/C and the bed was comfortable. There is a separate kitchen/dining area with overhead fan. The bathroom is well equipped and has a washing machine but no evidence of any laundry detergent. WiFi works well. The manager is not on site so you have to phone him to get keys and access. Steep flight of stairs to access the rooms on the 1st floor. The shower works well but there is nowhere to put shampoo or soap - looks like they have broken off. There was a small table with a broken leg, but we didn't need it so not a problem. The breakfast is not on site - you have to walk a couple of blocks to a cafe where you can get a coffee and croissant included in the 2 euro voucher - anything else is extra.
