Lupaia

I feel a bit silly writing this so late. My husband and I stayed here last year during our honeymoon, and our first day of as magical! The food (breakfast, dinner) was unreal, the pool & hot tub overlooked a magical view, and the various nooks made privacy very real and possible. So many cute spots to drink an spritz and read a book. However, it’s the staff that is unbeatable. Early in the trip my husband was involved in a bike accident outside the hotel - Fabio went out of his way and spent his personal time to take us to the hospital. He & the staff made sure that we were taken care of for the rest of uthe stay - a doctor visited us, they helped us with room service, and I could tell every member of the staff had our back. I hope anyone reading this doesn’t face this, but rest assured this staff is unlike anything I’ve experienced, going above and beyond in every way. We dream of visiting one day again, so we can enjoy the magic we missed out on for the rest of the trip. I’ll never forget the people here!
