My family and I have stayed in this lovely B&B the second week of August. It only has 5 mini apartments, and all looks pretty new and clean with all mod cons (TV, WiFi, AirCon, hairdryer, bath towels and a full equipped kitchen) the service was attentive and welcoming from the hosts Simona and Claudia. The reason why it is more a B&B than an Agriturismo is that they only serve breakfast and not a full restaurant service, the breakfast is lovely but only sweet, all cakes are homemade and quite nice, my suggestion to them would be to include some fresh fruit like bananas, apples or peaches, but for the rest is all good. The distance from the closest beach is about 2km at San Felice del Circeo or about 6km to Sabaudia wild dunes, either way you need a car or else to move around. Overall a very convenient and relaxing place to spend some days in the area and will highly recommended it to small families or group of friends.
