Hotel Soleado

What an amazing hotel with the warmest and most welcoming family. Our room, double sea view, was spacious, clean with a huge wrap around balcony. Plenty of storage, small fridge and big bathroom. Pool area was spotless with plenty of beds. Pool itself was beautiful with perfect water temperature to cool down. Breakfast was excellent with very good variety of hot and cold food, all lovely and fresh. Location is perfect, just minutes from the centre, but out enough to escape the crowds and noise. In a very quiet and peaceful location. But what made our stay so special are the family. It's difficult to find the appropriate words to describe just how incredibly warm, friendly, caring and helpful this family are. They go above and beyond for you and always have a smile and a big hello whenever you meet them. On our first night wehad a drink at bar before bed. I ordered a wine for my partner and a zero beer for myself. They apologised for not having a zero beer and i had a mineral instead. When i went for breakfast the following morning they informed me that they now had zero beer in stock, amaxing. Helped us book our trip to etna and explained what trip entailed and what clothing we would need. In all my years of travel never have I felt so at home in a hotel, just incredible. Anyone looking to stay in Taormina, please look no further. This hotel ticks every box and you will be looked after as if you yourself were family. 5 stars all round and a huge thank you to all the family for making our week with you so special and memorable.❤️
