The hotel represented excellent value for money. The rooms weren't luxurious, but were much better than what I was expecting at this price point. The spacious and comfortable single room had ample space for luggage. Recently installed air conditioning is in every room, and is individually controlled and very quiet. The staff were welcoming and attentive, the WiFi was reliable, and the shower had impressively strong pressure. The TV also had loads of channels and worked well. Despite its central location (a two-minute walk from Stresa's main square and the ferry terminals) the rooms remained peaceful at night, facing a quiet side street - all rooms have balconies.
