BB Villa Piera Montecucco

We stayed at B&B Villa Piera Montecucco for one night back in September, because the weather was poor at our original intended destination on the Costa Smeralda and we'd had to go to the west side of the island to find some sun. Having expected warm, dry weather - when we found rain, our mood was a bit diminished! However, Dino the owner made us feel very welcome and feel comfortable from the first moment. Our room was very clean and quiet. The area is quite central, so we could have it all but without a lot of people (but we needed a car). The breakfast had everything we wanted before we went to the sea and Dino was always there to offer us extra coffee or tea. Communication was easy in English and French. The most important thing, however, was the lengths Dino and his wife went to create a nice atmosphere among the guests. We all ate together at breakfast and advised us all to break the ice. He gave very helpful instructions on where we can find what - even how we could sort out a parking fine at the local post office. When we left, we forgot a bag in his house, and he came in the car and brought it to us. I would suggest it without hesitation.
