71 reviewsWe had a fabulous week here - a perfect retreat. The location is stunning and Francesco and Donatello are so welcoming. This little hotel is totally charming, from the original olive oil presses, to the stylish rooms, and the gorgeous views. The breakfasts are good - fresh fruit, warm brioches etc, and the home cooked food in the evenings is beautiful. It’s essential to have a car, there is a good beach and a supermarket 15 mins away, and lots of hillside villages (and very steep roads) to explore. We also went to Randazzo to see Etna, which was a lovely drive, and to Stromboli on a boat tour - both fairly easy trips from here.
