We had had an amazing room very cosy with warm wood very mountain style it really exceeded our expectation ,lovely staff kind helpful ,clean rooms bathroom .Everything was outstanding it was expensive but they have explained we were in high season it was half term week in UK and the resort was popular with school trips from the UK.Breakfast was amazing great variety of everything fruits cereals ham cheese variety of sweets and cakes.It may be that it was popular with school children and the period we thought dinner was basic and over priced I highly recommend you don’t eat in the hotel as is boring and is better for the same budget 30 EUro per person without the drinks to go outside in the near by villages in trattoria and experience a local cuisine home made one.I would love to return to this hotel is only 10 min walk to the slopes or by car 2 minutes drive but just begins the hotel 2 min walk there is a lift. They also have a discount for a boot room where you rent all your ski equipment with 10 percent discount da nonna Adelina great people and service there as well! Great hotel ,central and very convenient location and above all great staff that goes above and beyond to make you feel happy and at home🙏Thank you we are very greatful for your service and the time and memories we had with you!
