107 reviewsThis hotel is very comfortable and it being tucked away makes it even more relaxing. Walking under the archway and past the fresh fruit stand each day was a reminder to slow down and enjoy the day. The Hotel is very run and extremely clean. We did do not speak Italian, but my mom speaks French and English and with a little creativity we were always able to get the answers we needed. The owners speak a little of each language besides Italian and with gesturing and laughter everyone was able to figure out what the other was saying. Needless to say, the owners are really nice and very helpful. The rooms were very clean and the beds are comfortable. We had a quad so a bunk bed and and a double room and there was still room for out luggage and for us to move around. The hotel's location is perfect and is only a few steps away from the beach, restaurants, and the town. It is also in a good location to catch the bus into Sestre Levante for the day ( only about a 10-15 minute ride). Breakfast was also good ad each morning there would a choice of some kind of pastry and fresh fruit, along with the regular breakfast choices. Everything at the hotel was welcoming and relaxing. The family run atmosphere adds to the uniqueness and charm of Riva Trigoso and the people that live and work there. We all agreed we would visit again in the future.
