Hotel 4 Venti spa & wellness

I loved this hotel; I am a travel agent and very picky. I have to admit driving up, I was worried, as mentioned in lots of review, there is a huge ship building factory next door. However, we did not hear any noise. My 19-year-old daughter and I stayed here and quite honestly it was a highlight of our trip. It is a family-owned hotel that has the friendliest service and most amazing customer service. You walk in and are immediately greeted warmly by the front desk staff. We checked into our cute and comfortable room. It looks out over the beach and ocean. We even had a cute port hole. Beds were very comfortable. We ate several meals and loved them all. The hotel is family owned, this family you see all over the hotel. The daughter runs the hotel and is often found at the front desk. The mother was greeting guests for dinner and often found near the front of the hotel greeting guest. I can't remember what the father and son were doing but they all work at the hotel. The hotel has sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach for their customers. Their beach bar was fine. I cant wait to go back! Customer service was outstanding!
