100 reviewsWe had a really great stay at the Cristallo. It's realy well located for skiing and has a good boot room. Rooms are very comfortable, super clean and very well looked after. We had a view west over the mountains with a lovely little balcony. We also enjoyed sitting in the newly extended bar area which is very pleasant. The pool and spa were really welcoming after long hours on the pistes and are in very good shape. Pool was super-warm, great for relaxing tired muscles. Front of house and dining room staff are kind, helpful and really pleasant to deal with. Special thanks to Debora and Gianni for being so lovely to deal with - Gianni was super helpful when we left a wallet in the hotel. Very good breakfast with lots of good food to choose from and of course excellent Italian coffee. I would highly recommend the hotel, and very much hope to return. It's excellent value and the staff do everything they can to make you feel you are on holiday.
